As a Service Desk Analyst in the Shared Services unit, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop your soft and technical skills, while contributing to the world-class support services. You will work closely with a dedicated team of cyber security professionals to deliver multi-skills service desk services in different areas of Nixu.
In this role you will:
- Provide first level operational support in terms of administration and IT/Security Service Desk, answer questions on function and usage of the product, gather relevant information, performing data entry and helpdesk tasks, as well as troubleshooting and following processes to determine & solve reported problems of varying complexity in a professional and timely manner, over the life cycle of a case.
- Effectively communicate procedural and technical issues to internal and external customers in a fast-paced and customer-critical environment.
- Understand customer systems, and be able to replicate reported problems if necessary or possible, analyze problems, identify defects in the product and recommend workarounds and solutions.
- Work closely with customers, other cyber security specialists and managers.
We hope you have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language B2+)
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in identifying and handling customer support requests and incidents via telephone, email, ticketing systems, and chat
- Demonstrated multitasking ability and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of supporting daily operations and internal processes
- Ability to read and understand internal documentation & best practices and follow operational procedures, with a focus on security, disaster recovery, major incidents
- Analytical skills with extreme attention to details and the ability to derive facts quickly, methodically, and accurately
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and "thinking outside of the box" approach
- Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision while being able to work as part of a global team
In this role, it is required to work on shifts, on Public Holidays, on weekends, and after working hours.
Experience and Education
- Proven experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Level 1 Operational / Technical Administrational Support for Corporations is a plus
- Administration degree studies or diploma is a plus
- Familiar with Comptia A+ and ITIL concepts is a plus
