What You Will Do

• Primarily focus on recruitment in Sweden, with opportunities to work across all DNV Cyber locations.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and identify top talent in the market.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and conduct direct searches.
• Provide support on local HR matters in collaboration with our Business Partners.
• Strengthen our employer brand in Sweden through activities like school collaborations and recruitment events.

Our team is responsible for all recruitment at DNV Cyber, encompassing roles from highly technical positions to core roles such as Sales and Marketing. This diversity will gradually deepen your understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. If you are experienced in search/headhunting and leading recruitment processes, you will excel in this role.

This position is a one-year parental leave coverage, with strong potential for continued employment within DNV or DNV Cyber. We provide a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your new role.

• You have experience sourcing technical profiles in international markets.
• You are confident and mature, capable of working under pressure while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
• You possess strong communication skills, creativity, and persistence.
• You thrive in a fast-changing environment and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
