The role in short

As a Key Analyst, you are the person who works between Nixu and our clients, like the air between wood and bark. Our clients will reach out to you and ask how our Security Operation Center and SIEM system works, what they need from them, what issues they are having, etc. You develop the systems with Nixuans, consult clients, and solve tickets with the capabilities of your technical skills.

Primary responsibility will be developing and implementing advanced detection capabilities to bolster our clients' security defences by creating solid relationships between us and clients. You will also be participating in developing innovative tools and automated solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our SOC operations.

What we're looking for

We seek a talented individual with previous experience working in cybersecurity and an understanding of SOC and adjacent technologies such as SIEM. You have seniority working with demanding clients and understanding their needs and how we could solve these. While seniority and experience are valued, formal team-leading responsibilities are optional for this role. We recognize your potential to take the lead in specific areas that align with your expertise and contribute significantly to the team's success.

You have the following

• Solid technical understanding of SOC and adjacent technologies like SIEM
• Excellent communication skills expanding to external and internal clients
• A keen interest in building relationships and fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical people.
• Understanding business. What organization's goals, strategies and cost
