The role in short

Our Identity and Access team is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join us. In this role, you can work with a large and experienced team of Digital Identity professionals who provide comprehensive solutions in the Identity and Access Management domain.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be a technical specialist and developer in our Identity and Access Management projects. In this role, you will be working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Clear Skye is built on the ServiceNow platform and was named a Cool Vendor in the Identity-First Security report by Gartner in 2021. No previous experience with Clear Skye is needed, as we will take care of your training.

Previous experience and interest towards cybersecurity and Digital Identities are considered an asset. This position is ideal for a person with hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience. Previous experience in IAM is regarded as a big plus but not necessary. We have strong IAM knowledge in our Digital Identity team, and this is an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your ServiceNow competence in a new environment where you will also have the chance to become an IAM expert. At Nixu you will also have an opportunity to extend your competence to other areas of cybersecurity.

You can be based in any of our Nixu locations: Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Espoo, Gothenburg, Stockholm or Uppsala. 

The position is permanent and full-time.

You have the following experience.

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Implementation or support experience of various ServiceNow products.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application development.
• Understanding on what is technically required to achieve the customer’s future state.
• Ability to operate in the customer interface and to adopt the customer's operating methods and processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA and CAD, are seen as an advantage.
