The Service Integrations service unit is looking for a Team Lead for the Solutions Engineering team. You will be leading a talented team and solving clients' challenges with them using your “can do” attitude and good co-operation skills. Your duties include the daily management of the team and being part of the client work through meetings and new client's deployment projects. The team works closely with our SOC (Security Operations Center) onboarding new clients and handling small development projects.

The position is permanent and full-time. You will be based in Espoo, Finland, however, Nixu has a very flexible remote working policy. Nixu's clients require a high degree of confidentiality from our workforce, so all applicants must pass a security background check.

What do we expect from you?

We expect that you have a solid technical background you have worked either with or in a security team for several years. You have experience in leading technical teams and have previously been in a customer-facing role. You are a self-motivated, level-headed problem solver.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of security professionals to provide technical guidance and support to our clients
• Work closely with Sales and SOC teams to provide excellent onboarding experience to new customers
• Collaborate with the clients to identify new security needs
• Manage and prioritize the team’s workload, ensuring promises are kept
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer service

We do not expect you to master everything, but some of the following should ring a bell:

• SIEM systems (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar), SOAR, ITSM
• Security Operations Center, Security Monitoring
• Threat modeling, Risk Assessment, Incident response processes
• Cloud technologies, Software Development, Software Architecture principles
• Project Management, Technical presales

Strong drive and ethics, fluent written and spoken Finnish and English as well as ability to efficiently work as a part of a technical security team are some of the things that will make you a great match for the position!
