We are looking for a Service Team Leader

Our Advisory Service Unit is now looking for a business- and people leader, used to handle a team with 20+ highly skilled persons and with a solid consultant background. You will make sure your team members are flourishing at the same time as the team are performing on an optimal level.
You do this with empathy and a genuine interest of the colleagues in your team.

In this role you would be the Service Team Lead for consultants who provides Information Security consulting and management services to our clients. Our consulting focus is on how our clients govern and manage Information Security, Privacy and Cyberlaw within their own organization and in relation to their suppliers and service providers (aka "third parties"). The consultants within Advisory assists our clients in daily information security related problems and are the key user of information security management system (ISMS). Our clients represent various industries, both public and private sector and our mission is to help clients achieve their cybersecurity goals.

We are looking for a person located at Stockholm, Sweden.

Accountabilities

You will be accountable for your teams business performance (revenue, profitability), consultant and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibility will be to support your team members to do their job which is helping our customers solve cyber security issues and develop new security related capabilities. You make sure we have a good mix of competencies and capabilities to do that. You will also be responsible for recruiting to and training your team. Besides that you will also be involved in sales and pre-sales activities to ensure that we have great projects and assignments for our consultants. You will also be responsible for the teams current deliveries.

• Strong business mindset and ability to drive results
• Energy and experience to drive new business together with sales, including participation in the pre-sales phase
• Experience and a genuine interest in developing your team members to achieve greatness
• Ability and motivation to understand clients, their businesses and challenges to help creating and validating proposals that suit the client´s needs
• Great communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, track and coordinate multiple tasks
• Strong ability to motivate people

• Language skills for our markets in Netherlands, Finland or Denmark
