In this job, your role will be two folded. You will run a team of vulnerability Scanner Operators and Vulnerability Managers, who will work for our long-term clients for managing their information security vulnerabilities. On the other side, you’ll also serve our clients as a vulnerability Scanner Operator and/or Vulnerability Manager in client service interface.

We are looking future professional for permanent and full-time positions mainly located at Stockholm, Sweden.

Your daily routine will be:

Leading the expert team of scanner operators and vulnerability managers: Your main job is to take good care of people. I.e. you act as a line manager for your multinational team and make sure Nixu is a best working place for professionals.

Other team lead duties are:

• Leading and managing the service operations
• Coordinating, planning, and overseeing the service deliveries into various countries together with the Service and Key Account Managers.
• Interfacing the clients and selected technology vendors and partners for ensuring service delivery
• Developing service delivery processes in coordination with another client interfacing functions
• Acting as a sales supporting expert for managed services your team is producing.

Participating to production of Vulnerability Scanning service: Running scheduled vulnerability scans towards our customers ICT infrastructures. Maintaining and managing changes for scanning technology environments. Or:

Participating to our Vulnerability Management Service: Making sure that information about existing vulnerabilities in your client environment, will realize as a fix or remedy to their ICT devices.

What we wish from you:

You have a technical education and background. You know what vulnerabilities are, how they work and how they are remedied. You may have background as a team lead in the line of information security or in IT management. ITIL processes are known to you and if we ask, what does Service Transition means, you have an answer. Also knowledge of cloud computing services is a benefit as our clients have such environments to maintain.

To be able to succeed in this position, you will need:

• Passion for cybersecurity issues
• Leadership and management skills for technical team
• To know what ITSM is and how ICT environments are maintained 
•  A positive “People attitude” and willingness to work with clients
•  A “Service attitude” and willingness to develop and enhance our continuous services
• Prudence, especially in schedules and in timelines
• Willingness to learn new things
• To have technical background
• Understanding of computers and computing network technologies. Deeper the better. 
• To know how platform and application scanners are working

You think, that relentlessly honing your skills and expertise is the key for long term success. Information Security Certifications are considered advantages, but not necessities.

Ability to communicate fluently (spoken and written) with customers and colleagues in Swedish and in English is required for this position.
