To support our growth, we are now looking for an energetic and enthusiast Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Sweden.

What you will do:
• Focus of your work will be in Sweden but you will have opportunities to work across all Nixu countries with recruitment and EB alike.
• You will work closely with our business in understanding the needs and identifying and finding the best talents in the market
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
• You will effectively utilize different recruitment channels and do direct search
• Our team is responsible for all recruitments at Nixu, and the searched roles may vary from hard core techies to market unit leads
• You will have the chance to strengthen our employer brand in Sweden and be part of activities, such as school collaboration and recruitment events
Are you the one we are looking for?
You are passionate about finding the right talent to the right place. You are familiar with modern talent acquisition methods, tools, and technology-oriented environment. Working close to business requires genuine interest to understand our business, industry, and profiles. You have experience in sourcing technical profiles in international markets.
You are confident and mature enough to work under pressure, keep the quality under tight time schedules and diplomatically navigate between several stakeholders and their expectations. The role requires persistence, creativity, and good communication skills. Fast changing environment and several simultaneous projects are the nature of the work, and hopefully rather motivate than stress you.
The role requires fluent English and Swedish language skills.
