Our Digital Identity Advisory team is now looking to strengthen their rows with an experienced IAM Advisor. Below we have described what IAM Advisor role might look like, but we are open to adjust the role to suit your interests and competencies.

This is what the job includes

As IAM Advisor your main role is to understand customer’s business and the possibilities and problems it contains and deliver plans and guidance for them to move forward in IAM development.

IAM advisor also provides guidance within Nixu to help colleagues enhance their IAM architecture and consulting skills.

Sales will also need your help in more complex assignments as the customers might have large programs expanding to several countries and business areas and they need plans and architecture for an offer which require extensive IT architecture knowledge.

This role can be based in Finland, Sweden, Denmark or the Netherlands.

Your background and competencies might look like this

• Experience from several business areas from multiple organizations
• Have good understanding of the business needs and design patterns for developing IAM or IT architectures
• Capability to transform business requirements to IT service design and architecture. Technical leadership in several IAM areas so that you can guide vendors and customers how to develop IAM environments
• B2B IAM experience with knowledge of complex authorization models like Power of Attorney and delegated access are appreciated
• Experience in business and IT architecture development and documentation as customers often need help in several issues that all might not relate directly to IAM
• Understand the financial aspect of IAM for customers in order to provide business cases for them
• Proactive approach to advice customers and enhancing Nixu IAM capabilities
