We are looking for a people-oriented person to work with both recruitment and to lead our Talent Acquisition team. This is a maternity leave substitute, starting in September 2022 and continuing for approximately 1 year. The position is located in Espoo, Finland.
We have a fantastic team currently of four people. Our job is to enable Nixu’s mission in keeping the digital society running and vision of being the best place to work for cybersecurity professionals. What you will do:
- You will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team and also do hands-on recruitment
- You will be responsible for our Talent Acquisition strategy and processes
- You will work closely with our business in understanding the needs and identifying and finding the best talents in the market
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Our team is responsible for all recruitments at Nixu, and the searched roles may vary from hard core techies to market unit leads
- You will also be part of the People Operations Manager team taking part of different internal development project
Are you the one we are looking for?
Most importantly, you are passionate about people and have the ability to lead a team. You are also passionate about finding the right talent to the right place. You are familiar with modern talent acquisition methods, tools, and technology-oriented environment. Working close to business requires genuine interest to understand our business, industry, and profiles.
The role is very independent, so you most probably already have some years of experience in a similar position. You are confident and mature enough to work under pressure, keep the quality under tight time schedules and diplomatically navigate between several stakeholders and their expectations. The role requires persistence, creativity, and good communication skills. Fast changing environment and several simultaneous projects are the nature of the work, and hopefully rather motivate than stress you.
The role requires fluent English and Finnish language skills.

Our Talent Acquisition team is international, and we work for all Nixu´s market areas. In this position you will report to the Chief People Officer.
